The Underground

Nikoletta Winters A good album. Escalator of Life is the stand out track, and the only one to feature vocals, which oddly remind me of Oingo Boingo in a way. I could see it in a movie. I absolutely adore it. Any time this album gets remotely cinematic, STH really shines. As a whole, The Underground is very slow jammish at times but in a heavy way. Static Kiss was my other favorite. Looking forward to the next one! Favorite track: Escalator of Life (Featuring GlitterWølf).

Jake C. The bass is heavy and the atmosphere cool as ice in this second album. Definitely a grittier offering with warmer synths and some really grooving tracks that make it one killer ride. Favorite track: Du$tin and D4rtagnan.

SteveSynth The first thing I noticed on this album was the amazing quality of the sound, which can really influence the overall tone and atmosphere of the production, so good job with that. This album provides a neat contrast against Dead Again in that it does indeed feel more 'Underground' with industrial lines, but also some familiar parallels in the winding melodies that really make STH's trippy sound something different. Eagerly awaiting the next release! Favorite track: Wicked Witchcraft.
